Chalk holder.

We decided to stock these chalk holders as a couple of lads from the local league were having problems with the grip on their darts caused by the chalk dust.

The basic premise is that the holders act in much the same way an automatic pencil works. The built in chuck grips the chalk stick and the button on the top advances the chalk length as needed.
